• Clients ("Clients") to browse advertisements and contact Providers
• All users (collectively - "Users") to use the classified platform functionality

• Non-performance of obligations by Providers
• Non-payment by Clients for services
• Conflicts between Users
• Property damage during events

• Platform technical failures
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Errors in user information

5.1.4 Financial matters

• User financial losses
• Payment problems between Users
• Fraudulent financial operations
• User tax obligations

6. DAMAGE COMPENSATION

Users undertake to compensate TodoEvent for:

• All losses from violation of these Terms
• Legal costs in cases against TodoEvent due to User actions
• Fines and sanctions from government authorities
• Third-party claims regarding User actions on the Platform

Invalidity of one provision does not affect validity of other parts of the Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties and replace all previous agreements.
